Shipping time to Spain is 1 to 3 business days (Nacex). Except for the Canary and Balearic Islands, which may take up to 7 days.

Express shipping time is 24/48h.

International:

Shipping time for international orders is 7 to 15 business days.

RETURN POLICY

Le Godet accepts size/color exchanges within the established timeframe (1 month) provided the garment is in perfect condition. Le Godet will arrange for the collection of your package and the delivery of the replacement product, as long as the order is placed within the Iberian Peninsula. If you prefer a different color of the purchased product, we will not cover the return shipping costs; returns are only free if the size is incorrect.

To request a refund , we will need you to send the package back to us within 14 calendar days of receiving it, to the following address:

Garments must be returned new, unused, and with all packaging components such as seals, covers, garment bags, gift boxes, and original tags attached to the garment as they were sent.

The package will always be sent as a certified letter, not ordinary mail, since in that case the company will not be responsible for its loss or arrival of the package outside the 14 calendar days period.

Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances and will always be borne by the customer, including in cases of product unavailability (except in cases of errors or omissions on the part of the company).

If you paid with PayPal and want to return an item for a refund, please note that PayPal charges a return fee. For example, if your dress cost €129, PayPal will retain €1.55, which will be the customer's responsibility.

RETURN POLICY IN PHYSICAL STORES

Le Godet only accepts exchanges for size/color/style within the established timeframe (1 month), provided the garment is in perfect condition. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If no suitable alternatives are available at the time of purchase, a voucher for the value of the returned item will be offered, valid for one year from the date of return.

WHICH ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGES OR RETURNS?

No exchanges or returns will be accepted for items that have been altered or modified from the original. Items in poor condition will also not be accepted.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE/RETURN?

To exchange any of our garments, you must follow the same procedure: send us an email to hola@legodet.com indicating in the subject: Le Godet Exchange or in case of return/defect: Le Godet Return.

(If you do not receive a response to the email, you must still send the product to be returned, because if it does not fall within the estimated return date, we will not be able to issue a refund).

In the body of the email you must include the following information:

*(If you wish to exchange a product from the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and the rest of Europe (except the Peninsula), the shipping/return costs of the products to be exchanged will be borne by the customer)

RETURNS OUTSIDE THE EU

No returns accepted.

Example:

If you purchased from the USA, customs duties and fees for Le Godet to receive your package will be 50% of the product price. If you agree to pay this amount, you may return the order. Otherwise, we will not accept any returns from outside the European Union.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR MAKING A REFUND?

The refund period is 14 calendar days from the date the package arrives until we receive it, with the customer responsible for shipping costs. Exchanges for size or color are accepted within 30 days.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once the return is approved, we will process the refund to the credit or debit card used for your purchase within 15 business days. The refund amount will be the price of your purchase, excluding shipping costs.

LOST SHIPMENTS AND PARCELS

  1. For any product returns, we recommend sending them via registered mail. If sent via standard mail, which is therefore untracked, Le Godet will not be responsible for the loss.
  2. If you place an order and don't receive all the items you initially ordered, or if the package arrives damaged, you must contact the delivery service within 24 hours to file a claim. You must also send an email to hola@legodet.com with the subject line "INCOMPLETE ORDER" and include photos of the box and its contents within the same 24-hour period. We will contact you immediately and speak with the delivery service to confirm the delivery error, loss, or theft by weighing the package. If you do not file a claim within these 24 hours, neither the delivery service nor Le Godet will be responsible for refunding the missing items.
  3. If you do not receive the package and there is a loss or misplacement by the courier service, we will file a claim and you will be entitled to receive a full refund of the products.
  4. If you receive a package in poor physical condition (broken or open box, or stained garment), please contact the courier service that delivered the package immediately and then send an email to hola@legodet.com with the subject: DAMAGED PACKAGE, so that we can attach the images to our courier service and they can offer you a free return and you can receive your garments in perfect condition.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Le Godet reserves the right to refuse returns reported or sent outside the set deadline, or that do not comply with the conditions of our returns policy.
In that case, the garments will be sent back to the recipient at their expense and no refund will be given.
