Exchanges and Returns

ONLINE STORE RETURN POLICY

Le Godet allows size/color exchanges within the established period (1 month), provided the garment is in perfect condition. Le Godet covers the collection of your package and the delivery of the new exchanged product, always for orders placed within the Iberian Peninsula. If you prefer a different color of the purchased product, we will not cover the return shipping cost; it will only be free if the size is incorrect.

To request a MONETARY REFUND, we will need you to send the item to the following address within 14 calendar days of receiving the package:

Garments must be returned new, unused, and with all original packaging components such as seals, covers, garment bags, gift box, and original tags attached to the garment as they were sent.

The package must always be sent via certified mail, not standard mail, as Le Godet will not be responsible for its loss or arrival outside the 14 calendar day period (counting 14 days: day 1 is the day of package reception and day 14 is the day Le Godet receives the package).

Shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstances and will always be borne by the customer, including cases of desired product stock shortages (except in case of defect/company error).

If you have paid with PayPal and wish to return a product for a refund, please note that PayPal charges a return fee. For example, if your dress to be refunded cost €129, PayPal will retain €1.55, which will also be borne by the customer.

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE/RETURN?

To exchange any of our garments, you must follow the same procedure: send an email to devoluciones@legodet.com with the subject: Le Godet Exchange or in case of return/defect: Le Godet Return

(If you do not receive a reply to the email, you must still send the product for return, as we will not be able to issue a monetary refund if it does not arrive within the estimated return date).

The body of the email must include the following information:

• Cardholder name:

• Reason:

*(In the case of wanting to exchange a product from the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands and the rest of Europe (excluding the Iberian Peninsula), the shipping/return costs of the products to be exchanged will be borne by the customer).

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

Le Godet only allows size/color/model exchanges within the established period (1 month), provided the garment is in perfect condition. In no case will a monetary refund be issued. If suitable options are not available for the customer at the time, a VOUCHER for the amount of the returned item will be offered, valid for 1 year from the return date.

WHAT ITEMS DO NOT ALLOW EXCHANGES AND RETURNS?

No exchanges or returns will be accepted for garments that have been subsequently altered or contain any variation from the original. Nor for garments in poor condition.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR MAKING A RETURN?

The deadline for a monetary refund is 14 calendar days from the package's arrival until we receive it, with the customer covering the shipping costs. And 30 days for any size/color exchange.

RETURNS OUTSIDE THE EU

Returns are not accepted.

Example:

If you have purchased from the USA, customs duties and tariffs for Le Godet to receive the package are 50% of the product's paid price. If the customer agrees to pay this amount, they can send the order back. Otherwise, we will not accept any returns from outside the European Union.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND AMOUNT?

Once the return is approved, we will proceed to refund the amount of your order via reimbursement to the credit or debit card used for your purchase within a maximum of 15 business days. The refund amount corresponds to the purchase you made, excluding shipping costs.

LOSS OF SHIPMENTS AND PACKAGES

  1. For any product return, we recommend sending it via certified mail. In the case of standard mail without tracking, Le Godet will not be responsible for its loss.
  2. If you place an order and do not receive all the items you ordered initially or the package received is in poor condition, you must contact the delivery service within 24 hours to file a CLAIM and also send an email (hola@legodet.com) with the subject: INCOMPLETE ORDER, including images of the box's condition and its contents, within 24 hours. We will contact you immediately and speak with our delivery service to confirm the delivery error/loss/theft based on the package's weight. If no claim is made within these 24 hours, neither the delivery service nor Le Godet will be responsible for the monetary refund of the unreceived products.
  3. If you do not receive the package due to loss or misplacement by the delivery service, we will claim it, and you will have the right to receive a full refund for the products.
  4. In the event of receiving a package in poor physical condition (broken box, open, or stained garment), immediately contact the delivery service that delivered the package and then send an email to hola@legodet.com with the subject: DAMAGED PACKAGE, so we can attach the images to our delivery service and they can offer us a free return, allowing you to receive your garments in perfect condition.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Le Godet reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent outside the established period, or that do not meet the conditions of our return policy.
In such cases, the garments will be sent back to the recipient freight collect, and no refund will be issued.
